Are you a UK-based business?
Yes, we are a fully registered UK Limited Company. We have a strong connection with Spain; two partners are based in Andalucia. They have been sourcing and working with the best local suppliers since 2011.
How long does it take to receive an order?
We dispatch all orders from our UK warehouse (Monday to Friday) and advise customers to allow two working days for delivery. This lead time can increase to 3 or 4 working days during the peak Christmas period, but we will advise accordingly.
Where are your products from?
Our products are sourced exclusively from suppliers in Spain and the Iberia region.
Do I need to pay customs duty?
No, the products we supply have already been imported and cleared by HM Customs. Your order will be dispatched from our UK warehouse without delay or customs fees.
Are BOXTAPAS! meal kits?
No, we provide a range of high-quality, difficult-to-find products needed to produce fantastic Tapas recipes. However, additional ingredients, such as bread, potatoes, etc., may be required to complete some of our suggested recipes.
What do I do if a product is missing or damaged?
Please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve this. We can either provide a replacement product at our cost, or you can return the order to us for a full refund.
How do I store the BOXTAPAS! Products?
The storage requirements are printed on each product's label. Generally, unopened items do not require refrigeration and can be stored at ambient temperatures - ideally, not in direct sunlight. However, once opened, most items will require refrigeration and should be consumed within a short time period.
Where can I find ingredients and allergy information?
Ingredients and allergy information can be found on the product listing page and physically printed on the product label.
Can I order individual products rather than a whole box?
No, our products are only available as part of a curated box and cannot be purchased individually.
Are the images used accurate?
Whilst we try to ensure the images are accurate, they are for illustration purposes only. The product list provides full details of the box's contents, and product packaging may change.
