Shipping policy
We ship all orders to England, Scotland (Lowlands), and Wales using a Next Working Day service but advise customers to allow two business days for delivery as this is not guaranteed. This lead time can increase to three or four working days during the peak Christmas period, but we will advise accordingly.
We do not deliver outside of the United Kingdom.
We provide a fully tracked delivery service with updates by SMS or email. If the estimated delivery slot is unsuitable, you can change it using the tracking link provided.
If our delivery partner cannot deliver the item to the address provided, they may deliver it to a neighbour or local pick-up point for collection.
Any claims for missing, damaged or faulty deliveries must be made within 30 days of the original delivery date.
