Pimientos con crema de piquillo

Ingredients:

• Red Pepper in Stripes Roasted in Wood Oven
• Piquillo Pepper Spread
• Chopped flat-leaf parsley - 1 tablespoon

Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl.
2. Add salt after tasting if necessary.
3. Serve.
