Ingredients:

  • Octopus
  • Chopped flat-leaf parsley 
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Ground paprika
  • Coarse salt

Method:

  1. You can skip this step if you prefer this tapa cold. Heat the octopus in the microwave.
  2. Sprinkle with ground paprika, drizzle with olive oil, and finally sprinkle with some coarse salt
  3. Serve.
